Called yesterday, got an appointment for today between 11-2. At 11:15, Zach was at the house. He asked me questions to figure out what the issue was, found it, gave me options for repair and I chose to replace the garage door opener. From start to finish, it was about an hour. Zach programmed my keypad opener and gave me directions on how to use it and he showed me the features of the new garage door opener (camera and MyQ). Overall great experience. This is my 2nd time having Smokey's come out and although I hope there isn't a 3rd time, if there is, it will be Smokey's again.

Had a problem with my garage door closing & opening. Made an app and was given an app the next afternoon. The tech was running late due to unforeseen delays with other jobs & called to let me know. Zach the Garage Door Tech, finally came and fixed my problem in under an hour. All I needed was a good “tune-up”. What I really like about Zach is that he did NOT try to sell me another garage door opener even though my opener is an older model. When I eventually need to replace it, I will not hesitate to call Smokey's Garage Door. Thanks for the wonderful service, Zach! I will definitely recommend this business to my family & friends!
